Andrea Mackris, a former producer for The O’Reilly Factor, sued O’Reilly for sexual harassment on October 13, 2004, seeking $60 million in damages in response to a lawsuit O’Reilly filed previously that day charging Mackris for extortion, alleging that she had threatened a lawsuit unless he paid her more than $60 million. In her allegations against O’Reilly, Mackris claimed two types of legally cognizable sexual harassment claims that are not based upon physical contact: quid pro quo and hostile work environment. In her lawsuit, she filed a 22 page complaint with the Supreme Court of the State of New York[67] and produced quotations from alleged explicit phone conversations between herself and O’Reilly in which he “advised her to use a vibrator and told her about sexual fantasies involving her”.[68] On October 15, 2004, Fox sought judicial permission to fire Mackris, but Mackris was never fired. On October 19, 2004, Mackris filed an amended complaint seeking further damages for illegal retaliatory actions by O’Reilly, Fox News, and the News Corporation-owned newspaper, The New York Post.[69] On October 28, 2004, O’Reilly and Mackris reached an out-of-court settlement and dropped all charges against each other. According to several published reports, as part of the settlement, O’Reilly likely paid Mackris millions of dollars, but the terms of the agreement are confidential.[70]

Plant-Based and Animal-Based Omega-3 Fats

The ideal ratio is 1:1, but the average American’s ratio is more like 20:1, or even 50:1 in favor of omega-6. Because of this severe imbalance, I recommend you supplement your diet with a source of high-quality omega-3 fats, while simultaneously reducing your omega-6 intake to bring this ratio into balance.
There are both plant and animal sources for omega-3 fats, and there are differences between them. All have different ratios of three important omega-3 fatty acids—ALA, EPA and DHA. DHA is the most important for your brain. EPA is also required by your brain, but in smaller amounts.
Plant-based omega-3 sources like flax, hemp and chia seeds are high in ALA, but low in EPA and DHA. Although ALA is an essential nutrient, the key point to remember is that the conversion of ALA to the far more essential EPA and DHA is typically quite inhibited by impaired delta 6 desaturase, an enzyme necessary for you to convert the ALA into the longer chain EPA and DHA.
Elevated insulin levels impair this enzyme, and more than 80 percent of the U.S. population has elevated insulin levels. So from that perspective alone, it is important to include animal-based sources of omega-3 fats in your diet.

Nuclear Detonation Confirmed? I went to my source today and they have confirm that the earthquake today with the epicenter in Virginia was a tactical nuke that did go off in an underground bunker. In a few days it will be the tenth anniversary of September 11, 2001. How well has the US government’s official account of the event held up over the decade?
Not very well. The chairman, vice chairman, and senior legal counsel of the 9/11 Commission wrote books partially disassociating themselves from the commission’s report. They said that the Bush administration put obstacles in their path, that information was withheld from them, that President Bush agreed to testify only if he was chaperoned by Vice President Cheney and neither were put under oath, that Pentagon and FAA officials lied to the commission and that the commission considered referring the false testimony for investigation for obstruction of justice.
In their book, the chairman and vice chairman, Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, wrote that the 9/11 Commission was “set up to fail.” Senior counsel John Farmer, Jr., wrote that the US government made “a decision not to tell the truth about what happened,” and that the NORAD “tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public.” Kean said, “We to this day don’t know why NORAD told us what they told us, it was just so far from the truth.”
Most of the questions from the 9/11 families were not answered. Important witnesses were not called. The commission only heard from those who supported the government’s account. The commission was a controlled political operation, not an investigation of events and evidence. Its membership consisted of former politicians. No knowledgeable experts were appointed to the commission.
One member of the 9/11 Commission, former Senator Max Cleland, responded to the constraints placed on the commission by the White House: “If this decision stands, I, as a member of the commission, cannot look any American in the eye, especially family members of victims, and say the commission had full access. This investigation is now compromised.” Cleland resigned rather than have his integrity compromised.
To be clear, neither Cleland nor members of the commission suggested that 9/11 was an inside job to advance a war agenda. Nevertheless, neither Congress nor the media wondered, at least not out loud, why President Bush was unwilling to appear before the commission under oath or without Cheney, why Pentagon and FAA officials lied to the commission or, if the officials did not lie, why the commission believed they lied, or why the White House resisted for so long any kind of commission being formed, even one under its control.
One would think that if a handful of Arabs managed to outwit not merely the CIA and FBI but all 16 US intelligence agencies, all intelligence agencies of our allies including Mossad, the National Security Council, the State Department, NORAD, airport security four times on one morning, air traffic control, etc., the President, Congress, and the media would be demanding to know how such an improbable event could occur. Instead, the White House put up a wall of resistance to finding out, and Congress and the media showed little interest.

Now that NATO is within reach of overthrowing Gaddafi, the corporate media is rife with reports that al-Qaeda, tribal warlords, and disenfranchised former Gaddafi bureaucrats had plenty of help from the U.S., Britain, and NATO in the “Arab Spring” operation to install a government amenable to the globalists.
“Special forces troops from Britain, France, Jordan and Qatar on the ground in Libya have stepped up operations in Tripoli and other cities in recent days to help rebel forces as they conducted their final advance on the Gaddafi regime,” a NATO official told CNN today.
British forces, in particular, have assisted rebel units by “helping them get better organized to conduct operations,” the official said. Some of these forces from all the countries have traveled with rebel units from towns across Libya as they advanced on Tripoli.
The official declined to be identified due to the sensitive nature of the intelligence information.
Overall, the special forces have helped rebels “improve their tactics,” the official said.
The forces have also provided targeting information to warplanes conducting airstrikes and conducting reconnaissance missions in Tripoli, he said. This has been especially critical in recent days in the capital, as fighters from both sides have mixed together in close range. The forces have also assisted rebels in communications as they conducted the assault on the capital.

In March, we covered a report from Pakistan revealing the participation of U.S. Special Forces in Libya. The report was published by the Pakistan Observer and it revealed three foreign states had placed special forces in Cyrenaica, the eastern coastal region of Libya.
“A Libyan official who requested not to be identified said that the U.S. and British military gurus were sent on February 23 and 24 night through American and French warships and small naval boats off Libyan ports of Benghazi and Tobruk,” wrote Akhtar Jamal.
Following the arrival of foreign troops, Al Jazeera reported “that an unnamed rebel source related how he had undergone training in military techniques at a ‘secret facility’ in eastern Libya.”
In June, despite denials by British PM David Cameron, ex-SAS troops were photographed with rebels in Libya. “Blending in with the insurgents in sand-colored clothes, peaked caps, shades and linen scarves, they are the UK’s unofficial boots on the ground,” the UK Mirror reported. “Highly trained with front line experience round the world, the crack unit has been in the country for the past four weeks.”
From the outset of the engineered coup against Gaddafi, the corporate media admitted the rebels are disorganized and not arranged along military lines. “Although the rebel forces are showing signs of improved organization, they are not formed into units, and coordination is rudimentary at best,” USA Today reported on March 11.
